Satellite Office’s team spreads across the USA, Australia, and the Philippines. The combination of highly experienced senior executives ensures your outsourcing solution is a stress-free experience.
Before establishing Satellite Office, he was the former CEO of DealsDirect, Australia’s largest online department store, where he managed the group restructure, including the offshoring of its 40 seat customer service operations to the Philippines.
Prior to DealsDirect, he was the former Managing Director of Centrebet, an ASX listed leading global online wagering and gaming operator, for 7 years, managing the company’s operations across 8 countries.
Earlier in his career, Michael served as KPMG Corporate Finance’s Associate Director (Sydney and London) for 10 years.
Denise has 13 years of experience as CFO and 3 years of board experience in large organizations with significant operational complexity and scale. Prior to Satellite Office, Denise was CFO at Seafolly P/L and previously at AutoZone South Africa and Nando’s South Africa, where she was part of leadership teams that enable high growth and long-term value creation for shareholders.
Highly collaborative and driven, Denise is passionate about building high performance teams and creating meaningful relationships within the organization. She believes that the best teams are enablers of commercial success across all levels of the company, working side by side and cross-functionally.
Awarded Customer Experience (CX) Executive of the Year by the Customer Service Institute of Australia in 2015, Josh is a senior leader with a wealth of experience across sales, customer success, operations, customer service, partnerships, strategy, and management consulting.
Prior to Satellite Office, he was Chief Customer Officer at Tyro Payments for 6 years. Previously, he was Head of Direct Distribution at ING DIRECT Australia, where his team were awarded the Best Contact Centre in Australia.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours – First Class) from the University of Technology, Sydney and completed the Stanford University Executive Program for Growing Companies in 2019.
As Satellite Office’s VP for North America and Europe, Jenny’s focus is to reinforce our footprint in these regions and champion our prospective and current clients’ growth ambitions.
Highly consultative and results-driven, Jenny is an agent of change and growth to all clients she engages with. She has a strong passion for helping companies realize strategic business initiatives and ultimately succeed in their market.
Her capability has derived largely from senior account manager positions in specialised marketing and public relations agencies where her clients included Diageo Australia, Bayer, Wrigleys and Molton Brown.
Nicola has worked with global and domestic companies, large and small, on strategy and branding across a wide range of industries which has developed her knowledge of business with a strong customer focus.
Working in media relations in both the UK and Australia, she has excellent communication and organisational skills and is able to adapt promptly to changing environments with multiple stakeholders while achieving overall objectives.
With a deep understanding of and experience in database management, CRM, project management, team management and sales Damien is able to achieve organisation objectives. As a motivated leader, he knows how to bring the best out in people, systems, & processes to build business, growth and sales opportunity.
Clinton previously worked for tech giants Apple Inc. and Google Inc. where he managed projects involving global network engineering. In the same field, Clinton also worked for T-Mobile and SBC Communications supporting digital network infrastructure. Clinton has international experience during his stint in Access Node Communications having been assigned in South Korea and the Philippines. While working abroad, he was the Network Services Manager wherein he was responsible for day-to-day operations, development of trouble management systems, and the development & training of those under the Offshore Leadership program.
Freddie has led the legal functions of high growth companies operating in ANZ, Europe, and North America. He has extensive commercial law experience with specialties in commercial property, commercial disputes and regulatory matters, supply chain procurement, and marketing in both regulated and unregulated industries.
Prior to Satellite Office, he was Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Nous Group, and before that, a private practice solicitor at Clayton Utz, and in-house counsel to Australia’s largest general insurer.
Freddie completed his double undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Asia-Pacific Studies (Southeast Asian studies and Indonesian), and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at The Australian National University.
Nikko is a perfectionist, internally motivated, service-oriented and goal-driven, all of which are evident in his interactions with clients, his team and candidates. He understands all aspects of the job placement cycle from creating job descriptions, sourcing, endorsing, skills testing, remuneration and contract negotiation and is also well skilled in business development and project management.
Izza has always pursued challenges that are aligned with her passion: human resource management. She has been in various HR roles since 2006 while pursuing her Law degree. She is acknowledged by her superiors and peers as a very intelligent yet warm leader who is very dedicated and focused, and her team’s work has resulted in award-winning people programs being implemented and recognized globally.
Jeffrey has over 11 years of solid experience in the outsourcing industry, including stints with Stellar and Sitel. His expertise includes client services, account and relationship management, project implementation, and data analysis of operations performance. He has managed multiple successful initiatives in Latin America and the Philippines, which included 1,400 FTEs with a $23M wallet share.
Helen is a highly experienced Learning & Development Management professional with over 17 years of experience with reputable BPO companies in the Philippines.
Helen takes the lead in creating and implementing innovative learning strategies and training programs that will drive performance improvements for Satellite Office employees and client staff. Taking an active role in partnering with our clients, she gives professional advice on learning and development programs to help attract, develop, and retain our client’s workforce.
